New Swan Autocomp Pvt Ltd manufactures High-precision,
fine-blanked parts for Automotive and other sectors precision
parts; are produced using fine blanking presses from the Swiss
manufacturer Fein tool. New Swan Autocomp Pvt. Ltd is ISO/TS
16949:2009 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company.

Our machinery consists of seven (7)
fine-blanking machines whose press power ranges from 80 T to 630
T along with Linishing, Vibro facility. We are equipped with
state – of – the – art Heat treatment facility (Seal quench
furnace). We provide full solution to surface coating like –
Polyamide coating, Tri-valent coating, Zinc Nickel coating. All
these facilities are under one roof and we provide the parts to
our customer from single site. We continuously empower in our
machinery into our production processes. The efficiency of the
processes at our shop is optimized by technical expertise and
state-of-the-art production technology.

All the tools are stored in separate area called
“Tool Crib” and are identified with different colors
for customer. The tools are maintained periodically
and are supplied to production and taken back after
production is complete. We are maintaining History
cards for all the tools |
